Sorry for the month long hiatus on a blog post. with 2 trips to Philly, putting the house on the market, trying to pack etc.. it's just one of those things that keep getting pushed to the bottom of the list. I promise another post with more details soon.. but here is a quick Update!
Jenna: It's sad how crazy I am about her.
House: I got an offer while heading to the shower at PDF this weekend. They severely low balled the first offer but came back and got pretty close to the counter offer. It's not what I wanted for the house, but a good deal higher then the minimum I was willing to take, so it turned out nice. The crazy part is that they want to close ASAP, it is a cash offer "AS IS" so no worrying about fogged windows and broken tile and no worrying about financing falling through. As of now, it looks like we will close late this week, early next week with June 18th being my "vacate" date.
Moving Home: No date set in stone yet. Will get a date mid next week. But it is definitely happening between June and August.
Weight Loss: I finally gave up on Nutri-crap. It was just too restrictive for me, especially since I Love to cook. So, Jenna finally convinced me to try Weight Watchers and I LOVE IT! Now, I'm a fat cow right now so I have a butt load of points each day, which makes it a pretty easy diet to follow. But I'm eating things I love to eat and still losing weight. So, things are looking up.
Money: I suck and have somehow gotten worse with my money instead of better. However, house sale will help tremendously.
Thats about it I guess. Crazy things going on, I just got back from PDF (no, not the adobe file format) and have tons to tell about that. More soon!
UPDATE: My realtor just called and is on his way over with the paperwork for me to sign. Closing June 18th!

I'm so incredibly happy for you and so insanely jealous at the same time - i'm coming up to year on the market now (with a 3 month hiatus). Keeping my fingers crossed it all goes smoothly!
