Just a white lie

OK,

So I may have lied a little. Maybe it is time for me to get some thoughts down on paper. My first thought, I HATE idiots, and it seems that my company employs the cream of the crop. It is really unbelievable how stupid the decisions are that people seem to make. I have held for a long time that once a person reaches a certain level on the corporate tree two things happen.

1) they are required to have a lobotomy. You laugh, but I'm serious, people I have worked with for years, who were pretty damn smart in the cube farms become complete wastes of space once they get into an office.

b) They take classes on using a thousand words for something that can be said in three. I mean really, just say "do A, B, C and and have it on my desk by 5". Why do they have to take 4 hours of my time saying the same shit over and over and over then have the nerve to come to me at 5 and ask me where the project is.

At least I know I'm not alone, the fact that Dilbert exists is proof positive that there are others in the world that feel as I do. I also have a sneaking suspicion that Scott Adams (the creator if Dilbert) works for my company.
